We only booked Toast for wedding photos, but the experience exceeded our expectations. Communication was easy, the process was painless, and our photographer was prompt and extremely professional. At one point during shooting, a protective lens cover unexpectedly shattered, and you would never have known anything happened. They had backups ready and continued on without missing a beat. That level of preparedness really stood out and made us feel confident we were in good hands.

We are committed to inclusivity and serve couples of all backgrounds in Cincinnati, Dayton and statewide in Ohio. Toast was founded by Zach & Callie, a husband and wife team. Zach is a documentary cinematographer and producer known for the Sundance Grand Jury Prize winning documentary, The Price of Free, with another 5 documentaries premiering at Tribeca Film Festival. Callie, in addition to being an experienced wedding and travel photographer, has collaborated with some of the most renowned photographers globally, editing photos for the covers of Vogue, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar, and more. Since 2014, we've been honored to capture over 3,000 weddings for incredible couples, winning Couple’s Choice on Wedding Wire, Knot Hall of Fame and Knot Best of Weddings eight years in a row. We pride ourselves on creating all of your wedding media as a collaboration, deeply valuing what matters most to you. We understand that we're not just capturing any event, we’re telling a love story that becomes a part of your family history, through multiple different mediums. All aspects of your wedding media package (photo, film, and/or social content creation) are completely customizable. We encourage you to be as hands-on as you like, and we make it easy for you to help guide every aspect. Even after the first draft of your wedding film is delivered, you'll have complimentary rounds of edits to ensure your film is exactly what you envisioned.

From the initial consult, to correspondence over email, to meeting our videographer day of, toast wedding films was so incredibly on top of everything and I didn’t have to worry at all. Not to mention the video that was produced exceeded expectations more than I could’ve ever imagined! Plus they allow two free edits to be made after they send you the first draft which was incredibly helpful. If you or a friend is considering toast wedding films for your videographer I would 1000% recommend them! Best decision ever!

We worked with Toast Wedding Films to create our Wedding day movie and loved our decision. Julianna was amazing and set up the process for success by asking us what type of footage...

we wanted by having us fill out a detailed questionnaire. Rashaud, the videographer, came prepared and executed our vision that we outlined on the questionnaire. He was friendly, engaging, supportive, and attentive during our wedding day. We highly recommend both Julianna and Rashaud!!! Not only did the company do a great job during the filming but they allow you to be a partner in the editing process. We were able to watch their draft versions and leave comments. We both work long hours and found this feature extremely helpful because we were able to fit in watching the films and leaving comments when it fit in our work schedules. We went through several iterations and settled on the perfect films!

ll. We have a lot of family that were unable to attend our wedding so it was important for us to capture the highlights so that we could share our day with them. Our team at Toast was professional, highly responsive and so easy to work with from the day of wedding filming through the editing for the final product. We cannot recommend their services enough!

I highly recommend Toast Wedding Films for your wedding day videographer. They were responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process. During the events, they were...

non-invasive and did a great job capturing all of the important parts. The final film was beautiful. I only wanted a couple of edits and they made those changes quickly and with no questions asked.

WOW, WOW, WOW- my wedding video from Toast Wedding Films turned out more beautifully than I could have imagined. I was blown away when I saw it for the first time...and continue ...

to be in awe each time I watch it again! Not only did Zach exquisitely capture our big day, but he also went behind the scenes and provided an in depth look into our love story and why we were so excited to be marrying each other. Every part of our story fit perfectly together and he really captured the essence of our excitement and celebration together. The whole video was so beautiful and so artistic and every person we have shown it to (which is a lot!) has absolutely loved it. I had many friends comment to me after seeing our video, that they regret not getting a videographer for their big day too. Not only was the final product completely amazing, but Zach and his crew were so professional and so creative and they made me feel very comfortable and ease. Most of the time, I barely even noticed they were there. Overall, I truly can't say enough about the whole experience of working with Toast Wedding Films. The final product video is such a special part of our wedding, and we are so thankful that we chose to work with Toast, because now we have this beautiful film that we can watch and share forever.
